Ezinne Clarice Ofoezie was born into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Madu (Agbarasi) in the year 1939.
She is a native of Obinetiti, Isikwe-Achi, in Oji-River Local Government Area, of Enugu State.
Mrs. Clarice is a Horticulturists, as well as a Business Woman, by occupation.
She is a mother of Eight (8) lovely children
