Nnamdi Azikiwe University, also regarded as N.A.U or Unizik is a prestigious Federal University that was established in 1991, but became Federal Governmment owned in 1992 .
It is located along Onitsha – Enugu expressway, Awka, and It’s geographical location is 6.242889° North and 7.118289° East.
N.A.U has four (4no) campuses which are situated in Awka, Agulu (Faculty of Phamarcy), Ifite Ogwari, and Nnewi (Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital NAUTH).
Discipline, Self-Reliance, and Excellence is our motto.
Discipline is inculcated into her students, which begets self-reliance. Therefore, a disciplined mind that is self-confident or self-reliant will definitely spew excellence when called upon.
